hey everybody. its been a very powerful year for me. from winning a total of 7 awards for the music i have made for film, to soundtracking a movie debuting on amazon prime video, to performing my first full UK solo tour after years of grinding away at making this music heard and felt. i will never forget the moment i stepped on stage at manchester academy and delivered probably the best show of my life to a really great crowd. my official youtube channel, which started showcasing my music in 2015, surpassed half a million streams/video views in 2022. i have been working really hard behind all of that on my first bachelors degree and will go on to do my masters degree in 2023. i feel like in 2022 i finally started to truly believe in myself and have been very gently allowing that to bring me tremendous experiences i will never forget, and hopefully neither will the audiences who let it in. i must reamin grounded however and keep my morals and ethics intact. i do this work because i love it and i share it with you all in a very vulnerable way. it has been noticed and praised, but it must always be a humbling experience. if it is not, i will stop until it feels humbling again. i feel like 2022 has probably been the hardest working year in my entire life but i have enjoyed all of it so much, i intend to continue this workload and effort into 2023 and 2024. i have a lot to share coming up in the next few years. i have several collaborations with some very skilled artists that will be released in the next 12 months and alongside that i have filmed 2 music videos for 2 of my upcoming solo singles that will be released in 2023. i also have an array of exciting secret projects that are currently in active development in europe that will allow me to try something i have always dreamt of doing, but have not been able to pull together until now. it is early days on those projects and i am taking my time to make sure their entry to the world is done properly. i am so eternally grateful for the universe that surrounds me and allows me to breathe my creativity into it. i want to thank every producer, promoter, venue, staff member, and my tour manager. i want to thank every person who travelled to see my shows in 2022, every person who streamed any song of mine and every single person who invested any time or effort into my art. thank you so much. i love you, and appreciate you. please, be safe and comfortable. daniel xox
